Sample Timeline for a Three-Day Wedding Weekend

Friday (Rehearsal & Set-Up)

2:00 p.m. - Arrive and begin setting up

5:00 p.m. - Rehearsal

6:30 p.m. - Rehearsal dinner

Rest of the Evening - Finish setting up; relax and get your beauty sleep in the loft apartment

Saturday (Wedding Day)

9:00 a.m. - Wake up and have coffee and breakfast in the loft

10:00 a.m. - Get ready; hair and makeup begins

3:00 p.m. - Wedding party and family photos

4:30 p.m. - Guests begin arriving

5:00 p.m. - Ceremony

5:30 p.m. - Social time for guests with appetizers, drinks, and lawn games; additional photos of wedding party

6:30 p.m. - Guests seated for dinner

7:45 p.m. - Toasts and cake cutting

8:00 p.m. - Dancing

10:30 p.m. - Music moves inside; barn doors shut

By the end of the evening - place open beverage containers and food in the trash or in the fridge; throw all trash in the trash trailer. Decor and non-food items may stay up until check-out the next day.

Sunday (Check-out)

10:00 a.m. - Family/friends arrive to help with clean up

2:00 p.m. - Barn cleaned up and all guests departed
