Saturday (Wedding Day)

8:00 a.m. - Arrive at venue, relax and have coffee/breakfast in the loft

9:00 a.m. - Family and friends arrive to decorate

10:00 a.m. - Hair and makeup begin

1:00 p.m. - Wedding party and family photos

3:30 p.m. - Guests begin arriving

4:00 p.m. - Ceremony

4:30 p.m. - Social time for guests with appetizers, drinks, and lawn games; additional wedding party photos

5:00 p.m. - Guests seated for dinner

5:15 p.m. - Grand entrance

5:30 p.m. - Dinner

6:30 p.m. - Dessert and cake cutting

7:00 p.m. - Toasts and first dances; open up dance floor

10:30 p.m. - Music moves inside; barn doors shut

By the end of the evening - open containers and food placed in fridge or trash; all trash thrown in trash trailer. Decor and non-food items may stay up until check-out the next day.

Sunday (Check-Out)

10:00 a.m. - Family/friends arrive to help with clean up

2:00 p.m. - Barn cleaned up and all guests departed
